We’ve got handy tips, videos, and a free buyer’s guide to help you move with confidence. Offer to Own is only available in relation to certain properties for sale in Australia.
Offer to Own is for buyers and agents. We help make buying and selling property easy. Our centralised, digital platform keeps buyers and agents connected which means buying is simpler and smoother.
No, all you need is a mobile number and you’re good to go. You’ll be sent a verification code in an SMS and, once you’ve gone through the verification process, you’ll be all set to submit, manage, or update your offer. It’s as easy as that!
Properties managed by agents using Offer to Own will each have a unique offer page. You’ll be sent an SMS from Offer to Own with a link to the unique offer page for the property you’re interested in. On this offer page, you’ll be able to submit an offer for the property. Enter your details, your offer amount and any other information requested on the offer form, then hit submit. Your non-binding offer and any updates you make will be sent directly to the agent. We’ll also send you an SMS confirmation of your offer. If you’re unsure of anything in the form, our handy tooltips will guide you through the process.
Managing and updating your offer is easy. Simply click ‘manage offer’ and you’ll be taken back to your offer form. Make whatever changes you’d like and when you hit submit, Offer to Own will notify the agent for you instantly.

No, your offer is an expression of interest, which allows you to enter into negotiations with the seller. An offer cannot be legally binding until the seller has formally accepted your offer. This process will then be managed through the agent. If your offer is successful, we recommend you engage a conveyancer to assist you with your purchase.
You don't need a verification of identity to submit an offer. If your offer is accepted, then your conveyancer will help you with a VOI during the buying process.
